The goal of SanDiegoArtist.com is to bring emerging, local artist's together in one gallery and offer them a "free" site to showcase their work. This web-site debuted in April 2000 with four featured artists. Each month, local artists who submit their work are reviewed by a panel of other artists, if selected their work is featured and they are added to the sandiegoartist.com gallery of artists. There is no fee charged to the artist to be featured on sandiegoartist.com

We provide a direct connection to the artist and to the artist's home pages. All artists are in complete control over the purchase of their artwork. It is the sole responsibility of the artist to negotiate price and handle delivery of the work to the buyer. SanDiegoArtist.com neither accepts commissions nor receives any profits from the sale of artwork displayed on this site. All artist and gallery submissions are added at the discretion of the Site Curator.
