PHOTOGRAPHY/MIXED MEDIA
My artwork reflects my inner most thoughts and dreams. My passion for photography spawns from the ability to bring to reality a world where fantasy, surrealism and fact can fuse together and create thought provoking images.
ACRYLIC ON CANVAS
In a style some say is like Picasso, using brilliant color like Van Gogh, seeking to use the light as Rembrandt does, Ristapuel says, "When I am painting & creating, my heart is singing."
PHOTOGRAPHY
I shoot mainly large format, and enjoy immensly the panoramic format. I find it both liberating and constraining at the same time. It provides me with a fresh way to look at portraiture which I design individually for each subject.
OIL ON CANVAS
I describe my work as minimal representational, letting my paintings come to life in an intuitive manner. After applying paint to my canvas, I wait and let the images emerge. Like the child who carves images from clouds, I step away from the literal and attempt to paint what I perceive and feel.
MIXED MEDIA
David Beck-Brown is a multi-talented artist with training in the visual, performing and literary arts. Many of his carved paintings measure from 72 x 72 inches, and consist of seven to nine layers of laminated canvas.
WATERCOLOR
Silvia's paintings are inpired by her garden, and the rich botanicals of Southern California. She also draws from images collected when traveling to foreign countries.
PHOTOGRAPHY/MIXED MEDIA
Kathleen's work digitally combines photography, textures and scanned objects to create surreal and dreamlike images that are rich in color and texture.

MIXED MEDIA
Artist Erin Blayney captures emotion and vivid color in her portfolio of photographs, paintings and sketches...
DIGITAL ART
My approach to painting is fundamentally digital and computer mediated. I view the painting as a set of information describing the location and color of each point comprising the image.

SCULPTOR
Intuitive drawings are transformed into three dimensional bas-relief terra cotta sculpture panels. The original inspiration for the size and format for these panels were Ghiberti's "Golden Doors" on the Baptistery in Florence, Italy.
