Tomorrow Never Comes 2003 Mixed Media 144" x 96" Collection of Patricia Arquette |
|
“ There has never been a book written in this way about this cultural movement, transcending the average contemporary street art offering, actually following the timeline of the artist’s life and development, told through his own words and those of his contemporaries. A creative and inspirational journey through the origins of DIY, movements in art and action sports, and the birth of a new youth culture. The most influential and famous individuals within the culture collectively share their experiences in this portrait of the neo-contemporary renaissance man. “ Contributors: Tony Hawk, Shepard Fairey, Patricia Arquette, Dallas Austin, Ed Templeton, Natas Kaupas, Tommy Guerrero, Chris Miller, Dave Kinsey, David Choe, Kent Parker, Blake Ingram, Gregg DiLeo, Anthony Yamamoto, Bryce Kanights, Chris Hall, Rodney Smith, Sal Barbier, Salman Agah, Damon Way, Paul Schmitt, Johnny Schillereff, Alyasha Owerka-Moore, Miki Vuckovich, Kenton Parker, and more!! |
