"To me, art represents my visual elucidation
of how I perceive emotion as seen on the exterior persona, sometimes
concentrating on the hidden inuendos of the human psyche. My characters
are not aliens." Daryll Peirce
Daryll Peirce is a freelance artist,
designer, illustrator and visual catalyst currently residing in San
Diego. "I recall drawing endless monster trucks and robots during elementary
school, then I began focusing on humans." Now, if you can get him away
from his work, you may see him skating, surfing, guitaring, writing,
or not sleeping in a town near you.
Growing up in Reno, Daryll misses hearing
coyotes howl and seeing the stars. He shot a gun at age 5, Kissed a
girl at 6, had a pet duck at 8, drunk at 11, and a BFA at 20. He's had
over 60 stitches in his face, but no tattoos and has yet to see the
northern lights.
